Using this site
By using firmhour.com or joining the launch list you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and joining on behalf of a business or as a business owner. Information on this site describes a product that is not yet released; features, trade names and availability may change before launch.
Launch list
When you join the launch list you agree that we may email you about the FirmHour launch and early access. You can leave the list at any time by emailing [email protected].
SMS messaging terms
FirmHour (Clarity Manor LLC) runs two text message programs.
- Launch list texts. Launch updates, early-access invitations and account notifications. You receive them only if you tick the SMS consent box on our launch list form and provide your mobile number. Ticking the box is optional and the form works without it.
- FirmHour account texts. One-time sign-in and verification codes, account notifications (such as new or changed bookings, team invitations and approvals, billing and security alerts) and replies from FirmHour support. They go to business owners and staff who use FirmHour, and to customers of those businesses who sign in on a business's FirmHour booking page. You receive them only after you enter your own mobile number in FirmHour next to a notice that you agree to receive these texts, or when you ask for a code to be sent. These texts never contain marketing.
- Texts from a business. Appointment texts and offers that a business sends you come from that business, on its own number and under its own terms, not under these programs.
- Consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply; check with your carrier.
- Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from that program. You will get one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply START to subscribe again.
- Help. Reply HELP to any message, or email [email protected].
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy. How you opt in to account texts is shown on our SMS opt-in page.
Content and trademarks
The FirmHour name, the trade site names shown on this site and the site's design and text belong to Clarity Manor LLC. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission.
No warranty
This site is provided as is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available but make no promises that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, Clarity Manor LLC is not liable for losses arising from your use of this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Clarity Manor LLC is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
